City Accounting OfficeThe City Accounting Office ensures that the City implements proper accounting and internal audit system for check and balance of its operations. The different sections of the office takes charge in the preparation of statement of cash advances, liquidations, salaries, allowances, reimbursements and remittances pertaining to the City. In addition, the City Accountant certifies to the availability of budgetary allotments to which expenditures and obligations may be properly charged and plays an integral role in the operations of our City by apprising the Sanggunian and other City officials in the financial condition and operations of the City. |

City Treasure’s OfficeThe conduct and management of financial affairs and operations of our City are centered in the Local Treasury Department or the City Treasurer’s Office. This office maintains and updates the tax information system of the City. The Licensing Division is where your community taxes, business permit fees and other fees are made. The Land Tax Division handles tax payments for real properties such as lots, houses and buildings. The Cash Section manages the proper handling of received and collected monies from your taxes, revenues or receipts of any kind maintaining separate books for each fund, namely: General Fund, Special Education Fund and Trust Fund.
