A BIG BOOST IN BRINGING THE 5-MINIUTE RESPONSE TIME TO RESCUE CALLS EVEN CLOSER TO THE PEOPLE

Mayor Neil Lizares with the Talisay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (TCDRRMO) headed by Executive Assistant Spyxe Gutierrez deliver the brand new Isuzu Traviz Patient Transport Vehicle (PTV) to Barangay Bubog with Punong Barangay Ricky Veraye, mindful that a readily available PTV during times of emergency is key and can mean the difference in saving the life of a patient.

The brand new PTV, fully installed with emergency equipment and kits will serve as an emergency vehicle aimed for the fast and convenient medical transport of the people of Barangay Bubog in times of need. A two-day orientation on emergency training and familiarization was conducted by the TCDRRMO OpsCenter participated by designated Barangay Bubog Health personnel assigned to handle said vehicle.

On its third term, #gwapongaserbisyo under the leadership of Mayor Neil Lizares has been steadfastly promoting programs under its ASENSO tenets of good governance, where the letter 'N' in Asenso stands for Natural and Manmade Disaster Preparedness.

In a simple ceremony, the vehicle was turned over by the TCDRRMO Team with Sangguniang Panlungsod Member Kenn Thomas Tirthdas and received by Barangay Bubog Officials led by PB Ricky Veraye, together with the Barangay Bubog Health workers.
