Mayor Weng Lizares Distributes Livelihood Capital to 34 Barangay Concepcion Associations

Mayor Atty. Weng Lizares turned over a total of Php 340,000 in livelihood seed capital to 34 community associations in Barangay Concepcion on July 6 at the barangay covered court. Each association received Php 10,000 to support local economic development.

The turnover ceremony was attended by purok association presidents and officers, alongside Barangay Concepcion Punong Barangay and concurrent ABC President, SP Member Paul de Oca. Executive Assistants Gorgonio Treyes, Rj Tuvilla, Wayne Faisan, and Saulo Lizares were also present.

The distribution was facilitated by the City Social Welfare and Development Office, led by Dionela Madrona.
