Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 Kick-Off Ceremony at the Talisay City Public Plaza
Mayor Atty. Weng Lizares extends his warmest congratulations to the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), headed by Katheryn Rebelica, and the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation of Talisay, led by SP Member Kurt Treyes, on the successful kick-off of the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, held on the afternoon of August 24 at the City Public Plaza.
The annual celebration officially opened with an energetic ceremony, bringing together local youth leaders, city officials, and community advocates to celebrate youth leadership, active civic participation, and sustainable community building.
