Integrity First, Talisay Always: Mayor Weng Lizares Leads Second Batch of Officials in ITAPS Governance Training

Mayor Atty. Weng Lizares led the second batch of Talisay City officials and department heads in the Integrity, Transparency, and Accountability in Public Service (ITAPS) Training on July 21, 2026, held at Nature's Village Resort in Barangay Zone 15, Talisay City.
Spearheaded by the City Human Resource Management Office (CHRMO), the intensive seminar reinforces the City Government’s commitment to cultivating a culture of ethical leadership, accountability, and excellence across all local government departments. The program equips city personnel with practical knowledge and core values necessary to uphold integrity, promote transparent governance, and strengthen public trust in the performance of their official duties.
