Already a proud investor-locator in Talisay City, Megaworld presented its future development plans, including another high-value project now in the pipeline. The initiative signals strong investor confidence in the leadership of the Lizares administration and affirms Talisay’s growing appeal as an investment-ready, opportunity-rich city.

One of Megaworld’s landmark ventures, the Northhill Gateway Township, a sprawling 53-hectare master-planned community straddling the Bacolod–Talisay boundary, has already laid the groundwork for transformative urban growth.
