Mayor Neil Lizares and the people of Talisay express their utmost gratitude and appreciation to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Office, headed by Secretary, Erwin Tulfo for including Talisay City as one of the recipients of the department's support to Bahay Pag-asa project in the province, said assistance kit will be utilized in the city's Balay Pasilungan Center, located in Sitio Baka-Baka, Barangay Dos Hermanas.

Mayor Neil Lizares through the Talisay City Housing Authority, led by Executive Assistant Boy Maramba in partnership with the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development, Office of 3rd District Representative Kiko Benitez and Homeowners Association of Talisay City, conducted a 1 Day Workshop-Orientation on RA 9904 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) for the different Homeowners Association in the city, held today, November 21 at the Esteban Dela Rama Hall, Talisay City Hall, with an audience of 28 HOAs officers and members.
